A proud Colorado native, Debbie Blanc brings a unique blend of leadership, expertise, and passion for serving others to her role as a Realtor with Gala Group, LLC. With a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration focusing on Management, Debbie spent over 28 years in state government, including serving as Director of Audit and Compliance, where she oversaw five divisions and led a team of 2,500 employees. Her extensive experience in oversight, compliance, and transaction management gives her clients a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is unmatched in the real estate industry.

Debbie is an approved course provider with the Colorado Real Estate Commission – Division of Real Estate and holds an employing broker license. She also ran TCPros, a transaction management company, for nine years, managing over 3,000 transactions annually. This expertise has made her transition into real estate seamless, allowing her to guide clients confidently through every step of the buying or selling process. She is especially dedicated to serving Law Enforcement and First Responder families, and is also specialized in probate sales and real estate divorce transactions.

Committed to exceptional client service, Debbie takes pride in educating and empowering her clients, ensuring every transaction is smooth, transparent, and successful.

Outside of real estate, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Bobby, her cherished grandchildren, and her beloved dogs. She stays active and engaged through Zumba, her book club, and creating diamond art. Debbie’s love for family, community, and meaningful hobbies shines through in everything she does.
